A funeral is an opportunity to express our feelings and gratitude for the life of a loved one in the presence of family and friends. It is a time to grieve but also a time to celebrate a life shared with loved ones.

There is, of course, only one chance to create the best possible funeral that meets the needs and expectations of the bereaved family. As an Independent Celebrant I am able to truly reflect the individual requirements of the deceased and their family. Many have their own individual religious beliefs but do not feel connected to a church or any other formal religious organisation. Some have no beliefs at all. I work with bereaved families to create a bespoke service that can contain elements of religion or non at all.
